Tom Stanford, Photography Coordinator at Nossi College of Art is coordinating the August BPG program.
Nossi College of Art is currently celebrating its 45th year in Nashville and has nearly 80 photography majors enrolled at the college. Nossi College of Art is a commercial photography program with a goal of preparing students to go into business as a photography.
The program will feature three of the college’s best students. They are:
Nick Zimmer – He’s laser-focussed on music photography from alternative festivals, intimate clubs where the fans and artists interact to the CMA Music Festival…a festival he’s shot twice for the CMA.
Torin Hollis – We have a saying at Nossi “Practice your craft” Our studios are open every Friday for an open shoot and Torin is always there. He’s shooting clients he’s set up in advance. He’s generating business, making contacts as he works with his subjects for portraits that highlight their fashion sense.
Gabriella Karademos – Her travel photography is beautiful. She was on the group of Nossi students that just went to Ecuador to fulfill the travel photography course. Her product photography is sophisticated. She is currently working with the state photographer on a paid internship.
